 Why is there no phone number to call?
Solution We understand it may be frustrating to not have a phone number to call, but please understand that we have designed a cost-effective service center that can better handle or customer requests.
 
  1. If you would like a call back, please request it and include a phone number in your support request. We will call you as part of our service.
  2. By submitting a trouble ticket through epiphanysystems.net, it offers you first a knowledgebase of possible solutions, and second, it routes your request to three of our technical staff who are on call.
  3. Your request is tracked and monitored so that it gets serviced. General emails or calls to our office are not tracked through this system. When replying, please keep the ticket number in the subject line so our system can track it.
  4. By not having a phone system for support calls (including people present to manage it), it helps us keep our service costs lower and we can pass that savings to you.
